Green grass and high tides

The pavilion of the future was part of the Seville expo 92', the photo shows the entrance which used to have a canal but it was redirected and dried to build a theme park close to the pavilion after the expo.
Now the building is rarely used (just for some expositions) and nature has taken over the place, creating that contrast between concrete's greys and greens.
As a curious fact a replica of the 'Ariane 4' can be seen in the background, also sorrounded by loneliness.

Urban soils are a subgroup of anthropic soils that include parks and gardens in urban areas. Their composition and processes are quite different from cropped soils. This photo is an example of abandoned urban soils where "life finds a way" (Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park).
