Suspended by Sound: a Levitating Droplet
by Adam Milsom
A levitating droplet of a fatty acid aerosol proxy. These fatty acids have been observed to self-assemble with water, affecting their reactivity with ozone. Simultaneous Raman and Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) are used to probe the chemistry (Raman) and structure (SAXS) during ozonolysis.
