A stormy day on Kish Island
by Nazak Rouzegari, Kish, Iran
Kish is a coral island, and it has not been created by natural soil. Therefore, roots cannot grow in the ground. For this, it is necessary to dig the coral land, pull them with enough amount of fertilized soil, and then plant flowers and trees. As a result, roots cannot go deeper and they grow horizontally. Consequently, after a stormy day, weak trees fall on the ground, causing inhabitants great distress.
