The Groapa Ruginoasa - Valea Seacă (Romanian: Rusty Pit - Dry Valley) is a
natural monument near the Vârtop Pass in the Apuseni Mountains (Romania): Erosion of quartzites, sandstones
and red clays formed this 100 m deep and 600 m wide, reddish gully.
