The impact of general relativity on the Atacama Desert

While travelling in the salt flats of Uyuni, Bolivia, we came across a train cemetery. The unusual graffiti on the side of this train can be recognised as Einstein's Field Equation!

The Atacama Desert is located at the other side of the Andes, in Chile. This picture was taken at the Cementerio de Trenes at the Potosí state, Bolivian Altiplano.
